◎Characteristics:
Long-lasting throat feel, strong aftertaste, extremely resistant to multiple infusions, with a lingering flavor in the mouth.

◎Tea History:
In 2005, two guests from Beijing in Tongmu Village suggested using buds to make the highest grade of Lapsang Souchong black tea. That same year, it was first developed and produced by Jiang Yuanxun, Chairman of Fujian Wuyishan Zhengshan Tea Industry, and his team of tea masters. Upon its release, it became widely popular and a representative of high-end black tea in the market.

Primarily produced in Phoenix Mountain, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, this area is characterized by year-round cloud cover, abundant rainfall, and fertile, deep soil. The tea trees grow at altitudes above 1000 meters, providing excellent growing conditions. Well-processed Phoenix Dancong tea is renowned for its captivating natural floral and honey aromas, and its diverse and rich fragrance, earning it the title of “fragrant tea.”
